Looking for something fun and family friendly to do in early May? Join us at the May Market in Historic New Castle on Friday, May 7 (12 pm – 5 pm) and Saturday, May 8 (9 am – 4 pm)! From garden plants to house plants, herbs, garden goods and quilts, the May Market is a great place to get what you need to create your own backyard oasis. There is no admission fee to this great event and you can make a fun day of it – exploring Historic New Castle, visiting all the wonderful shops, walking along the Delaware River in Battery Park. Then grab a bite at one of our fabulous restaurants like Jessup’s Tavern, Nora Lee’s or the grand opening of Mercury Tea House and finish up by picking out all the plants, herbs and garden goods you need.
